个人简介:

王丹丹,女,1989年,山东泰安人,农学博士,现为山东农业大学资源与环境学院讲师。本科就读于南京农业大学生命科学学院生物技术专业,硕博连读于南京农业大学资源与环境科学学院植物营养与肥料学系实验室,博士期间于中国农业科学院农业资源与环境区划研究所农业菌种保藏中心联合培养。

研究方向:

研究方向为土壤微生物与生物技术。主要研究根际促生菌(PGPR)拮抗植物病原菌的特性,从事PGPR菌株中的新型次级代谢产物合成基因簇的发掘、物质功能鉴定、物质分离纯化及分子结构鉴定。
