曲兆鸣，男，汉族，1993年5月生，山东威海人，中共党员。2016年6月毕业于山东农业大学农业资源与环境专业，获农学学士学位；2022年6月毕业于山东农业大学农业资源与环境专业，获农学博士学位，同年进入山东农业大学资源与环境学院工作。
