The aim of the student work is to cultivate students to become talents. Our work is based on the main concept of study-construction, take educational management as its double wings and focus on thanksgiving education. By combining them together, we formed the four-in-one educational model which is jointly instructed by university, society, family and students. The Students’ work is always given praises from Shandong province and the University. The undergraduates’ employment rate of the college is over 90% and the passing rate of postgraduate entrance examination is over 40% every year. Except for further study, graduates can work in national and provincial party and government management departments, in land resources management sectors, in agricultural bureau, in environmental protection agency, in kinds of institutes and academies of agricultural sciences, in kinds of middle large enterprises, and so on.
